Shipping policy

The order will be shipped within next 2 working days subject to location where the order has to be dispatched.

Any alternation (re-size as per body measurements) request can be made to us prior to shipping only. Altered orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Free Shipping can be availed for the order value of Rs.2000/- and above. Use code FREESHIPPING to avail its benefit at checkout. (Order Value is the Cart Amount displayed before Shipping and / or COD charge)

Cash on Delivery (COD) charge is Rs.100/- and it is applicable even in the case of Free Shipping. COD option is available by paying non-refundable amount of Rs.250/- in advance, which is tagged as Partial COD on the checkout page. The customer will have to pay rest amount at the time of delivery.

In case of exchange or return or refusal of the delivery, Shipping Charge and / or COD Charge will not be refunded. If the customer would have availed FREE Shipping benefit, the Shipping Charge of Rs.150/- will be deducted from the refund amount.

Gift Vouchers will not be shipped physically. Instead, a code will be shared on the registered contact detail which can be used only for Online Shopping at www.halfticket.co.in.
